Welcome to Negiji Tours & Travels. By booking or using our taxi and travel services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking
Bookings are subject to vehicle and driver availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after confirmation from Negiji Tours & Travels.
2. Fare & Payment
Fare is based on the vehicle, route, trip type and applicable charges communicated at the time of booking. Toll tax, parking, state tax and other government charges may be additional unless specifically included in the quoted fare.
3. Pickup & Travel Time
Customers should provide correct pickup, drop and contact details. Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, local restrictions or other circumstances beyond our control may affect the estimated travel time.
4. Vehicle
The vehicle category is provided according to the confirmed booking. In exceptional circumstances, an equivalent or upgraded vehicle may be provided subject to availability.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must follow applicable safety rules and should not damage the vehicle. Any damage caused intentionally or through negligence may be chargeable.
6. Service Changes
Negiji Tours & Travels reserves the right to modify or cancel a service when required by safety, operational or unavoidable circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer.
